THE WOOL 'N GARDENER - JAN COLE
The Wool’n Gardener – specializing in new hand-dyed and (the product that sets me apart)  a large selection of over-dyed recycled wool.  Colors range from the richest and deepest primitive palette to pastels – in between are those marvelous brights!!!!    NEW for 2015 – be sure to look for a new collection of colors based on Roseville Pottery – those beautiful, subtle, soft pastels in almost every color!  The Wool’n Gardener will also be offering spot dyes, shiborhi, and marbleized wools.  As always, wool packages and braids, which include several values or complimentary of hand-dyed and as-is wools, will be available.  Miscellaneous items for sale will be natural and hand-dyed uncarded wool as well as a limited supply of wool dyed with “natural” dyes.

Special offering for the hook-in:
  1. Since I still manage to come up with “accidental” formulas, the ever-so-popular NAME THAT COLOR contest will once again be offered.  The winner will be randomly selected from the entries and receive ½ yard of that newly named wool ($20.50 value)!
  2. Since we will all be thinking Spring in March, all yellow/gold hand-dyed ¼ pieces will be offered at $9.25 each.

**********FEATURED ARTIST***********
This year, rather than having a theme for our hook-in, we have asked our member, Marion Sachs, if she would allow us to exhibit her vast collection of hooked rugs.  Wait till you see what Marion has done.  She is an incredible hooker, normally uses a 3 cut, and dyes all her own wool.  This is a show you must not miss!
(To see some of Marion's work, go to our website and look at Members in the Spotlight.)
