THE NIGHT BEFORE.....
We always have a great group of helpers to get the hookin ready for the next day. Some of us have been working together on this event for 15 years. Then we have newer members who have just been wonderful and we are so glad to have them with the Woolwrights.
But.... our vendors.... they are just the best and we could not do this with all of you. You have stood by The Woolwrights all these years and we appreciate you more than you know. Thank you again this year!!
We have to also send out a huge thank you to our family members, ie. spouses, children, grandchildren, significant others, and friends who are there for us all the time all year round loading and lifting all the things that hookers take everywhere we go. Thank you to all of you!

"COMMUNITY" CHALLENGE
What does community mean to you? Does this sound like what it means to you: a social group of any size whose members reside in a specific locality, share government, and often have a common cultural and historical heritage. We gave our friends and members this question for the challenge this year and these are the results and the winner for "Community":

Thank you to all of you for allowing me to photograph you and your rugs or other projects. It has always been a joy to get to speak with you and hear your stories.

The day is over. It was a great day seeing all of our friends, making new friends, sharing our stories and our love for rug hooking. This is a wonderful "community". Thank you to all who participated in our raffle to benefit St. Edward's Episcopal Church as the church supports our group all year.
Time to put your feet up... We will see you in 2025!!
