Print page or transfer required information to a sheet of paper and return the form with payment for registration and optional box lunch. Please include an email address for confirmation or a self-addressed stamped envelope for confirmation by mail. Make checks payable to “The Woolwrights” and send to:

If registering more than one person, please include individual registration form for each registrant. Registration payments may be combined for multiple registrants.
Registration deadline March 3rd 2012.
Box Lunches are $10.60 and must be pre-ordered by March 3rd. Lunches will be prepared by Klassic Kakes and Katering and will include: chicken salad or turkey and provolone on a croissant, veggie chips, fresh fruit cup, large old fashioned sugar cookie, bottled water.
