If registering more than one person, please include individual registration forms for each registrant. Registration payment may be combined for multiple registrants. Registration deadline is March 1, 2014.
Box lunches are $11.00 and must be pre-ordered by March 1, 2014. Lunches will be prepared by Klassic Kakes & Katering and will include: chicken salad, turkey and provolone on a croissant, or a vegetarian sandwich with veggie chips, fresh fruit cup, large old fashioned cookie, and bottled water.
